When it comes to building a brand, relationship is everything and that is what stands out with Robert Yousefian (fondly called Rob) and the Autotex team of mechanics. Autotex is the brand name to be trusted. I have never, in my 30 years as a driver, experienced this level of expertise with any mechanic and for that reason I am patriotic to Autotex. I would not hesitate to recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Gone are my days of repeatedly going back and forth to the mechanic to repair the same problem over and over. Once your vehicle is in for service, it is guaranteed - the diagnosis is accurate and the turn-around-time for repair is speedy. Your vehicle goes in and within a couple of hours it is ready for pick-up.

Robert was great to deal with, my daughter thought there was something wrong with her car. We brought it to Robert, his colleague called my daughter she was explaining that her car sounded wrong to her, he described the noise to her and when she said that was it they figured out the problem. Very nice people.

“I think you guys are the best, especially the guy named Richard!!! (Just kidding Rob) Seriously, it was great to “find” you guys. I used to work downtown and had the same garage for a long time. When I started working in Mississauga I didn’t want to leave my “baby” with just anyone. So it was a relief to find an “honest” shop that seems to have fair prices, and I don’t feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need. The “loaner” was actually great to have, as the last couple days at work have been a bit nuts, and I did need a car to get around.”

I have been taking my card to Rob for several years now and have found him to be courteous and personable. He listens carefully to my car issues and finds the solution in an efficient manner. A few years ago, my jeep kept cutting out. Rob found that I needed a new transmission. After it was installed, he added an independent cooler so that the car would not overheat. I would recommend Autotex as an excellent place for car maintenance.
